I'm not worried about it. I can only hear it when I'm outside of the car while it's been warmed up anyways. It's not really worth the hassle, especially since they're not considering it to be a problem, really, just an annoyance for new owners.

For the prices Subarus are reaching these days, with little to show in upgrades each year, it needs to stop being known for chirps, squeeks and other random noises.
