Soa told me any dealer can refuse any customer service. I was really shocked at soa's response to the matter. That's when I decided that soa suck. If you look way back, at first I was all happy and said nothing but good about soa. Even defended soa when another new owner was having problems.
But the according to soa, the dealer has the right to refuse service to anyone they want. Soa kept saying they'd send a rep to get involved, and kept pressing to me to go to Bill Bryan. But in the end soa told me all the dealer has to do is sell the car.
I think it works out better for soa to keep blowing smoke up everyones butts and let everyone keep racking up the miles. I caught this issue early on, and it was only due to my paying more attention than an average consumer.
Still waiting on that rep- but I never went to Bill Bryan without a friend or family member. So it was hard to lie to me and give me a runaround with witnesses.
