Looks like its the 90° rubber hose coming from top tank. Might be able to find a 90° hose at a local auto part store, if you don't have a local dealer, and cut to fit.
Had to do that with a hose from Napa cause the nearest dealership couldn't get one for 3-5 days.
O and change the stock spring clamps to hose clamps.
