Go under the rear end of your car and grab hold of that little thin metal bar running between your wheels. That's the sway bar, now give her a little tug. See how much it bends?
That's what keeps the body of your car from rolling during turns
A good 22mm sway bar won't ever do that.
An upgraded sway bar will eventually kill the stock end links so that's where after market end links come into play.
