OP did you have the car inspected at all? That would have been the FIRST thing to do, especially when buying modded. Luckily most items listed are handling and no mods are out of Stage 2 parameters except the intake. (And depending on how old the tune is from Cobb, it may actually be when Cobb supported K&N)

One thing that I see that I would be suspect is is the "custom" wheel spacers. Essentially any wheel spacer used on these cars are bad UNLESS (well not unless, but this helps majorly) the wheel studs are the extended model. This is for insuring that enough thread grip length is present for the lug nuts. How do you know if you have extended lugs? Well without asking the previous owner, you'd kinda have to guess without taking a few things apart.
Actually have not gotten it inspected yet.. I should. But the spacers are on now but I'm having my snow tires put on as we speak and he's taking them out I'm sure.
And is that good at supported but k&n? Not sure how old the tune is
The vehicle was also the guys daily driver until the day I bought it so I'm sure It would pass no problem but good point.
