I rubbed my ring finger tips raw... I put out this morning... I feel as if 467 burpees isn't good enough. Gonna have to do it again and shoot for higher numbers.

Lunch time bjj session is not happening for me today. My shoulders are killing me.

I just got challenged on an hour crunches... but I declined and made it a 7 min. amrap.

My partner did 243 in the same hour I did mine, and this dude is yolked! Do I do feel somewhat good about my numbers.
