Tomorrow i'm doing and hours worth of medicine ball throws/slams, 50 yd sprints and then pullups. Strict form/straight legged. That aint as stupid as 1hr burpees is it? LOL. Later guys! I'm getting a good nights sleep tonight!!!
You should try an hour AMRAP of box jumps. That always works out well for all involved.
