never knew anything about rhabdo 'till now... Thanks for the info and I will put that into consideration. I am well within my means to beat myself silly. I am the only person who know me and what I can take. I did core, worked my neck and stretched all morning. On top of yesterdays morning session, in the evening I went to my MMA camp for a good 2 hours... I'm in just about the greatest condition i've been in and I certain don't want to ruin it by injury over something stupid. As I said before I will start doing 7 minute AMRAPS. Sounds intense... I have a hard time doing 50 high jump to knee taps. Alright guys, moving on. I do the best I can everyday.
