we arent trying to discourage you or anything, but most of us have seen our fair share of people who do gobs of stuff and end up getting hurt because the body is fatigued(whether you really realize or not) or they get into a state of overtraining which is not good.
I'm kind of a good example of that. After about a year or so into CF, I got into SealFit and would do it 3-5 days a week. After 5 or 6 months, I felt tired and worn down every single day. Once I cut back to 1-2 days a week(and now I dont do SealFit at all), after a few weeks I started feeling back to my normal energy level. Trust me, getting into a state of being overtrained will hit you before you even realize it.
