The RA gear set is nice. Thicker and shorter geared. The RA transmission driving experience; speed and gear spacing is like our '04 STi without 6th gear.
Sorry, yes, I always get taller/shorter backwards -- I always think taller = physically larger gear (circumference). But yes, that's exactly what I meant. I'm quite confident if I mated a 2.5L turbo to my 2.5RS 5speed, it would not be long for this world.
If you're after quicker acceleration, the gears would be good for you, as would the 4.11 final. You could go even further and find something with a 4.44 final. 2nd & 3rd gear become likely casualties of increased stress, especially if you plan to abuse it.
My guess, based on your other post about wanting to drag race, is that you actually want a 6MT with "high speed" ratio gears, which I believe are Legacy spec.B gears.
