The only thing that matters is your amount of boost at redline and your AFR target at redline. You're not running 19.5 psi at redline; that's your boost target in the midrange. And, most likely, you're not running 10.7:1 AFR at redline either.
Again, the only thing that matters is AFR target at redline and boost target at redline because that's what is going to define the maximum amount of fuel required by the engine. With 15.5 psi at redline and a target of 10.7:1, my IDCs are well into the 90% range with a Walbro.
Without the Walbro, IDCs were flirting with 100% and AFR target of 10.7:1 was not reached.
EDIT: I wish people would also mention boost target towards redline as mentioning the maximum amount of boost in the midrange does not say much...
