^^I'm assuming this tune was on 91-93 octane? Since you have 1000's, are you getting retuned on E85?
Re: your question about dynos, take it to the track to get a better idea. If you trap 108-109 as it sits on pump gas, then you have a strong VF setup. 110+ is exceptional on pump with a VF. If you were on E85, then 110-112 would be expected and you could run a high 11.
