Bummer to hear you had such a bad experience with Nate Wade. I haven't had any interactions with the service department so I can't comment on that. I did however just purchase my 2013 WRX from them this past Saturday and it was an awesome experience. I worked with Nick Smith throughout though whole ordering and buying process and I honestly have nothing but good things to say about Nick.
I'm not trying to justify anything about what happened to OP but wanted to share my experience with the sales department. I'll be taking my car there for the first few oil changes and certainly hope I don't experience anything like that with the service department.
