I'm also starting to question Suzuki's decisions regarding their motorcycle business in the States. They cancelled the SV650 while it still was a pretty solid seller (and a good all around bike - street, track, touring, ...- with stellar reliability).
Then, they offered the Gladius (SVF650) for a few years until it was cancelled as well.
They came out with a good entry level supermoto, the DRZ400SM, they sold it a few years then they cancelled it as well (again, a good seller and good performer).
In the mean time, they jacked up the price of the 650 V-strom (DL650); its price is simply outrageous (but, to Suzuki's defense, the bike is so good that people keep buying regardless...).
Recently, I noticed that the Gladius and the DRZ400SM are both back for MY2013.
But, then again, why would Suzuki cancel these 2 bikes in the first place?
