Set the car up like you want it to be, with all the mods. You sure as hell can tune everything at once.
Set the injector scalar to 820CC and latency of
turn the timing way down and go do some pulls. If the WOT fueling is lean decrease the scalar by 10cc and try again, if it is rich increase the scalar by 10CC till you are close to your target fueling at >3V MAF. Scale your closed loop MAF scaling. IF you have any fueling issues you may need to tweak your MAF scaling at specific points.
Your fueling should be pretty much set then work on your timing.
