You can do it a couple ways. I choose the Double-Din DVD player route. You could buy a 7" mountable HD screen and go that route or even go the route of a laptop in the passenger seat. It requires four things: A computer, Sensors, software, and a monitor/screen.
Here is my setup:
Mini-Box Custom CarPC - Computer
Clarion NX702 Double-Din DVD Player - Monitor/Screen
PLX Sensors to USB - External Sensors
DashCommand for Sensors and Gauges - Software
