I had it at the shop this morning, they verified the lines and flushed the fluid. They were stumped and thought it could be a bad steering rack.

I had a hard time thinking my steering rack would randomly go up, also heard 04 have one of the strongest steering racks.

Once getting home I re checked everything they had done to ensure. Even took the top off the tank and spun the wheel to let out any air. After following all lines to the steering rack, not seeing anything out of the normal. I had decided to do what you suggested!


After you mentioned the belt I did remember I pulled the Alt off to install my oil pressure sensor about a week ago, I guess i didnt torque it enough!
