Uncle Scotty.. please enlighten me on your thoughts? I know the intake and tbe didn't cause the issues so why give the dealer something to point out and be able back out of a warranty? If the car is that new I would take it back to be fixed, that's what warranties are for right? I've heard lots of things about dealers backing out of major fixes because of tiny mods. if you modded the car and it blows up...it is YOUR fault...returning the car to stock and trying to get it warrantied is FRAUD.
the symptoms of the issue are that of a bad piston...and these engines are VERY fragile...and an intake and exhaust are PERFECT to blow one up in a very short time...even with a tune
