Thanks for the reply. I've been doing a lot of reading, but I would just like a set of experienced eyes to double check my work.
I adjusted the wastegate arm 3 turns, and tried again. Target boost is 18psi, and I'm still peaking at 12. I'll try adjusting it again, but I might have a boost leak. In my experience, an intake side leak causes it to pull timing, so should I assume if a leak is present, it's on the exhaust side?
Also, I've noticed some low rpm driveability issues. The learning view shows fuel trims under 5%, so I think that's ok, but it does indicate some knock in the 2000rpm/part throttle area. Do I just pull timing from that area of the map?
