question about rear jockey wheels or "G-Pulley" from Shimano. it was my first time taking the chain off my road bike and i was going over the all the spinning parts to see if they are still good. i noticed the jockey wheels closest to the cassette in the rear derailer is pretty stiff and doesnt spin smoothly and freely as the other jockey wheel. i instantly thought it was bad and pulled it off thinking ill get a new one tomorrow.

while i had it off, i thought i might as well clean it up. so i started taking it apart noticed that there isnt really anything "bad" about it. i think by design it was suppose to be this stiff. reading more about it online and it seems like its normal.

now im thinking...should i just leave it, or switch to aftermarket ones and get a ceramic ball bearing? any recommendations?
