there was no b'ing or moaning...i presented the facts in a fully documented manner...i was respectful to both the bachman service folks, and the soa rep. i simply presented this issue from my perspective...plain and simple. b/c of my past history with the dealership (as a loyal customer), and my desire to continue that relationship...the soa rep was able to offer an equitable solution to this mishap...i was happy, the dealership was happy...soa was happy to retain a valued customer. no bs involved...just the facts.
