Try contending with that on two wheels. It then becomes real insane. Then there is the merge because the lane is closed ahead. The BOZOz will stay in that lane until they effectively cause the traffic to slow and back up. If they would just move over when the sign says so, everyone would keep moving at speed.
(Do you get the idea that I'm not all that impressed with Ohio drivers either.)
