As in let it drip more to hit 2oz? I'm going to play with the grind just a tad now. It is smoother I have to say than the eight o clock beans and the puck does't smell as burnt at the end. I don't suppose it's a bad thing, but I didn't expect the roast to be that dry, the dark italian roast I was using is rather oily. It makes cleaning the grinder a bit easier I think.
