NASIOC - View Single Post - Why are 1st and 2nd gear so terrible in these cars?

On my 05 Sti with a Kartboy SS, second gear is pretty smooth, but 1st is ROUGH unless I am at a stop AND stomping on the clutch like I want it to go through the floor. It's even worse on cold mornings.
