Thanks it's a welcome back to the beautiful NW, that is where we are from.
It took a few to figure out how to make it work but I like it. I did use sheet metal screws. This bumper isnt in great condition so I put a **** load in there. 
I have a replacement bumper that needs a paint job, I figured out a better way to mount that lip as well.
