Easy to drift but the impreza is not. oh well. I feel confident in the impreza just like the c240. Hopefully the impreza can handle 8 or 9 inches of snow
I cannot speak to the new one, but I once got my '03 WRX stuck trying to get out of the driveway. Once I pushed the door open, and walked to the other side, the snow was up to the door glass on the passenger side. The underside actually got hung up. That was a drift. I'm thinking that 8 or 9 inches will be no trouble for the Subaru, but I suppose it could depend on how light or heavy the snow is. That was the only time in the 10 years of ownership I ever got stuck with that car.

Warning: Owning a Subaru will make you lazy when it comes to running the snow blower in your driveway.

They're calling for a foot, or thereabouts, of snow here in NE Ohio starting sometime around noon. Blizzard warning starting sometime today. Blowing and drifting snow. There is a big storm coming up from the South.
