There was just something so psychologically satisfying about being able to almost hit 9K rpms in a such a well engineered Honda engine (It's still one of the best production engine heads to date, not to mention N/A power/liter was astundingly high as well).

While the F-series is really great, those who've tweaked both think the K-series has more potential. A performance version of the Accord's new DI K-series would be really good, as long as they forsake the exhaust manifold integrated into the head.
I'm disappointed they're showing a warmed over AP2 S2K rather than giving us a prototype version of the concept they floated a while back for a mid-engine S2K.
