That's what I was thinking. I've checked all of that. I'm not getting 12v at the flash block. The troubling thing is like I said above: the 04 ecu will plugin and reflash with no problem. Where as the 02 tells me there's no voltage at all. If I check the flash block. I'm getting 4-5 volts on both connecting wires. Checked the ecu pins. Connected and reconnected the ecu just to be sure. Still no resolution.
