Not a problem
I skipped the Cobb maps and went for an e-tune instead, using the AccessPort as a way to flash it on my car. I haven't heard about Cobb adjusting any OTS maps, so maybe someone else can chime in about that. If they do adjustments for you, then that's pretty much what an e-tune would be.
