I am saying your first course of action would have been to talk to me so we could discuss your concerns.

You still could have come in, once the issues were diagnosed/fixed(with us or elsewhere) and finished your tune at no charge to you.

I know a few shops that would have charged you full price and then again when you came back for the re-tune. We do not operate that way.

I understand you have limited funds/resources. You have to understand I am running a business and you received a service for which there is a fee. I will always try and bend to help the customer whenever possible.

I offered to talk with your dealership to see if we could figure out a possible solution. Maybe they would have paid for the diagnostic services, as we discussed. I also told you the few possibilities your car may be experiencing. There is always a way when you talk things out. A forum is a place you go when the shop basically tells you to go scratch, which did not happen here.
