I'm probably the only '12+ Impreza owner on this site that had the CVT fluid changed already (@ 10,500 mi). I don't know if any aftermarket fluid will be available anytime soon but the Subaru CVT fluid has a blue tint color and it's only sold in 5 gallon buckets for $270. The dealership charged me by the quart @ $14.00 x 9 qts.
