There is a horrid lack of reading comprehension and understanding sometimes. It appears some members feel the need to state opinions, and included vague descriptions. Members of this forum, whether customers, vendors, owners, etc. are entitled to type away here. A vast amount of these members being current or potential customers cannot expect to type freely and not give the same respect to owners/vendors. No matter what party is correct.

The subjective and factual statements from both customers and places of business should be available to the community. Documentation truly helps strengthen the integrity and reliability of shops, while also promoting customers to speak accurately of their encounters.

With this information available, it allows members/viewers to perceive issues from an unbiased perspective and formulate their own opinions.
