I am trying to rectify an issue. Lou came in here and decided this would be the way he would get his point across. The vendor involvement is not the reason this could be deleted.
We are trying to be proactive and keep the customers happy and keep Akuma's reputation positive. I think you agree, I had to respond to show what happened and how we were willing to resolve the issue...ie customer service.
I still think we should have a specific forum where all dispute/resolution should go. Keeps threads like this clean and streamlined.
