Unfortunately, there are some people that are biased and hate on Akuma. But there were also people in here who stood up for you until we got the full story. Those of us who can read are able to see you made the effort to help this guy out, and unfortunately he wasn't satisfied for whatever reason.
Thanks man. It is all we can ask for, and objective view of the facts. We are really focusing on customer service and follow up. I want to avoid having to do this he-said-she-said kind of stuff.
