Uppipe - As noted. On the cheap, used OEM 2006+ WRX/STI uppipe. If willing to spend some cash, a reputable aftermarket uppipe like Grimmspeed. Don't forget new gaskets.

Cat-Back - The cost directly affects the fitment. On the cheap you can try one of the lower cost cbe's but understand that it "might" have a higher chance of fitment compromise. I have seen a pretty good lower-cost cbe on a friend's car...I'll try to find out what it was and update my post. **Speed Tech and I think he said it was around $300.**
If you are willing to spend some cash, look at something like the Borla. The Borla Hush is a fine choice but you will have to buy the 3" adapter for your DP (or make it) which adds to the cost (~$50). The Borla also uses mild steel flanges and steel hanger clips which (in our area) will eventually rust, I've been running one since 2006. HERE If it was me, I'd pay a bit more for a MadDad Whisper, DONE.
