Last snow storm, I got out of my car and heard a sizzling noise up front. I looked under the front of the car and both headers were wrapped in ice. You can imagine it melted pretty fast, so this is the best picture I could get, lol.

Do you have any kind of undertray (factory or aftermarket)?? It doesn't look like it from the pics so my guess is you are driving through deeper snow while turning or if you are going fast enough its throwing snow all under the car as you are driving. I have a 1/8'' thick aluminum undertray that keeps the bottom side of the engine/trans from being exposed to the elements haha. I have some big dents in it from ice/rocks hitting it, love the extra protection
