XXR 530's come in 18x8.75 not 18x9. That said, you will probably want the 18x8.75 +35 or +20. Both have the exact same concave face but the 20's will poke a lot more than the 35's and be harder to fit. For tires you should go with 245/40-18's. They fit that wheel perfectly. You will definitely need to roll all the fenders and probably pull at least the rears possibly the fronts since you are on lowering springs. You will also need some camber bolts or plates and probably about -1 to -2 degrees.
