the EFR 8374 is a great turbo, I use one on my 2L evo - BUT keep in mind it is not small (62mm inducer) so if you wanted to see 300+FPT before 4k rpm the EFR 7670 is my recommendation. With a twinscroll EFR7670 you can see 300TQ @ 3800rpm and 24-25psi by 4000rpm

the way to size the hotside is easy IMO: Internal-WG (0.92 a/r) or External-WG (1.05 a/r). I prefer internal for street cars and external for racers/track car builds. everyone has their own preference

It sounds like this is an excellent engine spec and matches both the 7670 or the 8374 - just be realistic with what you want from the car and which powerband you prefer before choosing the turbo and its housing.
