My body is all kinds of effed up. During the summer Im on the road working on projects, with a few major ones. I'll have a week of 1-2 hour nights followed by 12-14 hours of sleep in a night. Then back to the 3-4 hours until the next project.
More than 5 hours of sleep on a regular basis makes me groggy from too much sleep.
My businesses are in the cosmetology industry. I have salons and also consult for other salon owners and perspective salon owners on building/improving theirs, and on occasion build new salons to sell.
Its a heavy load, at times too heavy (when multiple deadlines overlap), but I get literally bored with any less.
