OEM mount has the same principle with the center triangle piece but further apart, ie more slop. I basically replicated the OEM 5MT mount with stiffer compound and less gap when under load.
I had the solid mount and couldn't stand the NVH, this is isnt much louder, works great.
It's amazing that an automotive engineer never figured that out.
