Maybe, but I have heard that Windows RT has the drivers locked down so only the OEMs can add them. EcuFlash needs its own driver, so if that's true then it's probably a showstopper.

I'm not sure where to find an authoritative source, but it looks like X86-based tablets like the Surface Pro might be the only viable option.
