So what's next for this year? Where do you go to move up another step? Remember...idle hands are the devils work!
We've been in the industry for some time, with the support given to us from the numerous forums, blogs, industry reps and so forth we're NOT comfortable where we are sitting currently...because comfort means you've stepped back and sat down.
We're taking more approaches to the general side of mechanics, taking strides in "going beyond the basics" (Quote property of APM thanks to a great friend Cory Hock aka Monkeybone Racing aka CH Conceptz
). We want to keep going on with serving our clients with their vehicular needs.
We want our clients to have the mindset of allowing us to help in the “purchase” of products, rather than selling products. The guy at the car lot “sold” you a lemon where as the parts guy helps you “purchase” the right parts. We understand parts are tangible; service is something that you purchase PRIOR to acknowledging an outcome. Many times in our industry there are services that reflect little difference except peace of mind. Services and purchases of products also pertain to few key aspects in a circle of price, quality and convenience. There is a formula for this; we call it the value of a client.
Price is what you get from a deal, value; integrity, support, promise and guarantees are what your deliver to a client as a business…that’s the goal, that’s the aspiration, that’s the promise we always keep.
Our prices are competitive, but we believe the value we offer is what our clients need.
Our venture with the formula has allowed us to move with the times, to go beyond the basics and to manage our clients’ purchases and investments with integrity. I’m not writing this because I’m bored, I’m writing this to look at the future, take strides forwards not steps back and to allow our clients to know that we have that appreciation for the business they allow us to keep, regain and that the worth is beyond comparison.
Like our original goal stated when we came to the scene, there are no compromises to quality and craftsmanship.
Our services extended beyond the nominal and the standard that you get at other facilities. WHY??? Well, we love to show people that we don’t just repair a car or just get the car fixed up. We’ve always been able to promote and gloat about our profession because we can line up to a body shop, detailing facility, specialty shop for upholstery and interiors, general maint (yes, Toyota’s, Honda’s, F350 Super Duty’s and what not), tint and audio shop and be able to compete. We compete with the quality, the parts, the prices, the service and the value so that you can feel your making the right choice to use a one-stop shop that works for you.
So, once again, lets get this year to bring in even more services, even more parts, even more value into the industry and to our clients. On top of that, the gratitude we share with our clients for choosing us only betters us, humbles us and gives us more reach to better ourselves and who we are. So thank you, not just for helping us be where we are today, but thank you for allowing us to help you.
