Note that Mike had really bad things to say to me about 38mm EWGs in a road race situation. The flow was not the problem, the heat and failure rate were. He said GST wanted to use 38mm EWGs to ease plumbing, but after a couple failures just went back to 44s.
When I had Tial 38mm issues, I switched to Turbosmart Comp-Gate 40's (not watercooled) and had ZERO issues. Diaphragms would tear in half like a piece of cheese in the Tial's.
Regarding the header, It looks alright for someone looking to have no front core support, and mounting the radiator in the back or insane v-mount. I think doing a production run of them, even at a low quantity would only beneficial if you have the spare material and can wait awhile for ROI.
