Sounds like a total to me, too, but thankfully, it was only sheet metal that was bent. Cars can be replaced. Looks like a job for Rex!

One of my defensive driver moves will be to install a set of Hella Twin SuperTones, to replace the wimpy Subaru horn. I think that back in the day, stock horns were fine, but we now have to compete with cell fones, airtight cars that have a stereo vastly more powerful than my first home audio system, and inattentive drivers in said cars.

As Tool Man would say, "need more power!"

I also drive with my headlights on during the day as well. There's something about the lights that gets attention where just a car (go figure) wouldn't. I'd rather replace bulbs a bit more often than go without baby while she's in the body shop.
