The MAF's are VERY TOUCHY on these cars. If you do not put it back to the correct location this will cause your car to not start. I've had this issue before also. Try to make sure everything is tight and in the correct location were it was before you cleaned it.

- If you cleaned it with anything other then MAF sensor cleaner... I would recommend picking up a bottle. At the worse case senero you will need to buy a new MAF on the forum if you used anything with alcohol in it or gas.
