In the words of Jim Carey, "Stop breaking the law ***hole!" lol
I've had every car that I've owned tinted so far. With that said when I get a ticket for it, I don't argue, I know what I've done wrong, the law is the law. It does cause a safety issue for officers who can't get a visual on a suspect when approaching the car. A number of years back an officer on the park way was shot while approaching a darkly tinted car and that's one of the main reasons these laws are in place.
I myself roll all the windows down, turn all the interior lights on, radio down and wait patiently with the keys out of the ignition while waiting for them to approach.
9 times out of 10 if you were pulled over for an offense other than the tint, the officer will kindly offer a tint ticket as opposed to the original offense which is more than fair in most cases.
