If the 207 is a V8+ it already has a USDM Sti style pan. If it's a late v9, it already has the 06+ USDM Sti oil pan, because it is an 06+ Sti.
I want to add to what KillerB posted about the USDM 04+ pan, that since the 04+ pan was absolutely necessary in Japan, for the introduction of the twinscroll, it was a cost savings decision to standardize it accross all production and it was a way for the factory to keep the door open for a corporate decision to introduce twinscroll on other markets as well (which they never did).
You should read more from KillerB's research and don't rush with that 11mm pump. One possible oil problem can be that when running a low amount of oil remains in the sump.
You're making sure that even less oil remains in the sump, by introducing the 11mm pump.
