As far as the pump goes you WILL be doing more harm than good by using a larger pump unless the engine is specifically built for it which requires a ton of work to the oiling system, huge clearances, etc. Larger/different pistons and modest built engines (marginally bigger clearances) do NOT require a larger pump.

So piston oil squirters and new cross-drilled crankshaft are no reason to use 11mm one?
