Default Not too hard if you plan ahead

Actually I just swapped out a broken bugeye trans from under the car. Utilizing 4 jack stands. Yes its cramped but not too bad. I had no help so I used a pipe between the shock towers and a ratchet strap to lift the trans into position, along with a floor jack under the tail of the trans. This worked with no effort at all while working from under the car. Also at 130 pounds this trans is not that heavy for me. Im 50 years old and have kept fit just so I could do these types of things, gotta remain resourceful (Ya never know). Always remember to plan your work and work your plan. I follow this rule all the time.
