I think what sets this dealership above the rest is the straight-forwardness and honesty of their sales/financing. Customers feel like they can trust their dealer and it reciprocates back to the employees. I mainly dealt with Mike, Evan, and David and all of them are enthusiastic about their job. From Mike answering NASIOC PMs at weird hours of the day(pricing + recommending some good ideas), Evan getting me setup into my STi on his day off, and also David answering my multiple questions AND beating the excellent rate I got from a credit union
It's the little things that matter. This is my first ever new car purchase and I felt good about it. What else can I say? Great price, great sales, great dealer!
No comment on service just yet but because I've had such a great experience so far, I figure why not?
